Whoms't would we petition to ban screamin' boys from the brickyard?

I don't mind the dudes preaching, even if I fundamentally disagree with em. Banning them because theyre annoying isn't a good precedent to set, since "annoying" is highly subjective.
That aside, I like a little autistic screeching in the morning, at least when I'm walking past. I see why it would be bothersome if you were trying to enjoy the peace and quiet, but there plenty of other spots on campus that arent infested with prots.
