literally the only people at these things are people who don't already have friends
oh and I mean school clubs, not mixed-drinks-and-dry-humping-while-a-dj-ignores-the-existence-of-dance-music.

Cold opens and manterrupting overheard convos never works because even when you're shy and socially awkward, normies are even more socially retarded. Seriously it's like most people don't like meeting new people.
