WipEout HD soundtrack is the gold standard for a deep-house soundtrack

I've been digging Undertale's OST and Stardew Valley's soundtrack has been getting me into the winter season.

There are too many good OSTs to mention in 1 post tho. Halo CE, Metroid Prime, Sonic CD, Portal 2, VVVVV (OST is called PPPPP), and Super Meat Boy all have excellent OSTs.
